New York Times best-selling author and one of the world's most beloved storytellers, Nicholas Sparks will sign and discuss his new book, "Two by Two" on Monday, October 10 at 10 a.m. at Books-A-Million in New Bern, located at 3005 MLK Jr. Blvd. Guests are encouraged to arrive by 9 a.m. to allow time for ticket processing and line queue. Coffee and breakfast items will be available for purchase at Joe Muggs Café inside the store.

Sparks' "Two by Two" is a powerful story of unconditional love, its challenges, its risks and most of all, its rewards. At 32, Russell Green has it all: a stunning wife, a lovable 6-year-old daughter, success in his career and a beautiful home in Charlotte. But when fault lines start to appear underneath the shiny surface of perfection, his world - and everything in it - suddenly takes a turn for the worse. Within a matter of months, Russell is jobless, wifeless and struggling to take care of his daughter while trying to adapt to his new and baffling reality. Determined to succeed in the wilderness of single parenting and make life count, he embarks on a journey that will ultimately test his abilities and his emotional resources beyond anything he ever imagined.

Tickets are required and must be pre-purchased in order to attend. They're available now at the New Bern Books-A-Million store and online at nicholassparksbooksamillion.eventbrite.com. Tickets include admission to the event, as well as an autographed copy of "Two by Two." Copies of the book will be distributed to attendees upon arrival.
