Bobbie Portz's Book Wins Trafford Gold Seal

DESERT HOT SPRINGS, Calif.

Author Bobbie Portz was a very athletic woman until she fell victim to lower back pain in her mid-20s. The pain rendered her bedridden for a year. She says the experience pushed her to seek out solutions to living with her pain.
