In all world religions, gratitude is considered an essential part in the act of worship. It is also always viewed as a better way of life. In his insightful new book, EN TODO, DAR LAS GRACIAS, Bishop Louis Ngomo Okitembo invites reader to discover the beauty of gratitude in the context of the Bible and to experience its power in their own lives.
Saint Paul said in 1 Thessalonians 5:18, "Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus." This meaningful verse was the inspiration behind Bishop Okitembo's work. His efforts to understand gratitude in the context of Scripture and its impact in the lives of people led to the inspiration of his book. In it he demonstrates the power of gratitude and its ability to transform someone's life.
Giving thanks, according to Bishop Okitembo, makes people happier, strengthens relationships, improves well-being and health, reduces stress and complies with God's will in Jesus Christ.
"Counting blessings, noticing simple pleasures, and acknowledging everything that we receive every day as a gift from God is a powerful attitude that can change someone's life," he says.
Enriching and thoughtful, EN TODO, DAR LAS GRACIAS will comfort the heart, uplift the spirit and nourish the soul. It is a must-read for Christians who want to make their moments of worship more meaningful. For more information on this book, interested parties may log on to http://www.Xlibris.com
