Bharat Desai is a high-tech operations executive turned business coach and advisor. He is CEO and founder of Shalshiv Associates, a management coaching and consulting firm. Desai helps organizations identify underlying performance challenges and devises system and process-related solutions to build world-class-performing organizations. He serves on the board of a non-profit organization, ACT for Mental Health, and is a former board member of the Engineering Alumni Board at Santa Clara University.
