Preparation has begun to gather some of the state's best women writers and entrepreneurs for a panel discussion. Ladies of Literature and Their Stories will bring together authors from a myriad of backgrounds, writing a myriad of genres and struggling with a myriad of adversities.
One of these talented and strong ladies is Young Adult and Supernatural author Vicki-Ann Bush. Vicki fell in love with writing when very young. At 14 her family moved to California and with the cross-country change and huge culture shock her writing became an escape which she kept to herself.
Ms. Bush is now sharing a variety of works. Beginning with a children's book, Winslow Willow and the Woodland Fairy. But Vicki's contributions continue with numerous other writings from numerous genres. She currently has books from the Young Adult, paranormal, time travel and historical romance categories. Many of these garnering 5-Star reviews from Reader's Favorites. She will be sharing her well reviewed Room 629 at this event.
Vicki has said that she finds her inspiration from events she has experienced in her life. Inheriting her sensitivity to the supernatural from her family and they continue to be an endless source of vision. This passion to write is often squelched however by symptoms of the hidden disorder Fibromyalgia.
Vickie-Ann Bush and Linda Stiles Fox are this event's co-organizers. Other notable authors presenting will be Judy Shine Logan, Lori Piotrowski, Judy Salz,
Nancy Nelson,
Susan Johnson, Renee Jean and Cynthia De Boer.
The panel discussion will begin at 10:00 am. Those interested are advised to arrive early to get the best seats for this one-of-a-kind presentation.
