Beatriz Villanueva Rudecindo Releases 'The Tears of the Caterpillars' Image Throughout Beatriz Villanueva Rudecindo's life and in her present occupation, people have requested her advice and counsel. She has seen their suffering and would like to help them discover true happiness the way she discovered it on her journey to find her true self. She feels the best way to do this was to write "The Tears of the Caterpillars: Las Lagrimas de las Orugas" (published by Balboa Press).

The book shares the stories of two children and their families as they meet and influence each other in their journeys to realize their destinies. Hector and Laura, who came from two social environments, are victims of bullying in different ways. After the paths of these two disheartened children intertwine, both must decide whether to let their circumstances rule over them or rise above their challenges to overcome issues in their childhood.

"As you read their stories, you will learn how to get rid of the negative thoughts others may have inadvertently or purposely planted within your mind. You will also learn how to break free of the captivity imposed upon you through the words and actions of others. You will come to realize that the world is a mirror of your feelings, thoughts, desires, and interpretations," Rudecindo says. "Every situation, relationship, and event is the mirror of something you have on the inside of you. You will come to see the connection between your inside and outside worlds and learn how to function as a victor instead of a victim, an overcomer instead of living in oppression, blessed instead of unfortunate, and powerful instead of powerless!"

"Though this book reads like a novel, it is based on a true story-my story. My prayer is that as readers follow the characters in this book, they will relate to one of them and learn from their journey the true path to happiness in spite of the circumstances in the world around them," Rudecindo adds.
