In her recently released book titled "God Meets the World" (published by Xlibris), Batya Shemesh gives an in-depth discussion of the Ten Commandments from the point of view of God. This incisive new work gives practical applications of these commandments for modern society.

"God Meets the World" tells the story of the Ten Commandments from a divine perspective. It explores the purpose for the creation of these commandments and the context of the time they were established. The book describes how the different Bible stories inspired God to write laws and the details of those laws. Shemesh writes fascinating examples of the relevance of these commandments that will inspire exciting discussions among friends and colleagues.

"My book is fascinating to anyone who believes in the Bible or who wants to believe," Shemesh says. "I answer the question: What is God's point of view about what is happening in the world? The answers are not fundamentalist they are realistic."

"God Meets the World" will enlighten its readers with a new outlook on life. Through clairvoyance and scripture, Shemesh offers better understanding of what God really thinks about the current world and how he would he suggest to handle the problems that people are facing.
