PARRISH, Fla. - Barrie Heffner shares an uplifting story of hope through his debut publication. "The Godlike Principle" (published by Xlibris) is Heffner's delightfully entertaining tale following a gifted girl and the struggles that come with her potential.
Karen Cunningham was born with a special gift. Once Karen understood her miraculous gift, she wanted to dedicate her life to helping others, often times facing resistance of not following the "norm". Salvatore Rocca wanted this gift and would stop at nothing to get it. How was Karen going to protect herself and her gift? Readers follow Karen's journey as she struggles to safeguard "The Godlike Principle."
Highlighting the adventures of a gifted woman who chooses to use her ability and help people, this story is able to promote that each and everyone possess the ability to help others. Brimming with individual and societal lessons, this story of kindness and desire to help lets the innate goodness of humanity shine through.
It is Heffner's hope that the message will resonate within the hearts of his readers. "That even though this may be fictional story, [we will be reminded that] we all have abilities to be helpful to one another," he concludes.
