In her first book, Distant Starless Nights, she offers readers an enchanting love story and coming-of-age tale that chronicles the life of a daring and independent woman named Kimberly Rochester.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Myriam Ullens de Schooten Whettnall is an avid globetrotter, philanthropist, and entrepreneur whose ventures span from Switzerland and France to the United States and China. In 2004, after surviving breast cancer, she created the pioneering Mimi Ullens Foundation to provide aid and comfort to those confronting this terrible illness. In 2007 she and her husband established the largest contemporary art museum in Beijing, and in 2009 she founded the international fashion label, Maison Ullens. Distant Starless Nights is her debut novel. It is the first of a three-part series featuring Kimberly Rochester.
