He had a duty to protect her, even from herself, but can't he protect her from his love. Can his love make her forget where she came from, or will her past come back to haunt her once again and kill the one person who hopes to set her free from her pain?

"I'm a big believer that readers must be invested and engrossed in what they read, which is why I created a narrative that not only imparts a gripping story, but throws readers out of their comfort zone to face questions about life that only the brave dare explore," explains Vixion. "For example, they'll ponder if their childhood experiences are solely responsible for shaping who they are as adults, if past plights can be transformed into future opportunities to help others and if the lure of spreading hatred is too much of a temptation to walk away from. Continuing, "At the same time, the narrative does take a very intimate look at one woman's rapid coming of age, and it explores the role her Guardian Angel plays against her past. In all, there's something for everyone, and that's exactly what I wanted to achieve.
