Authors Genevra Walters and Laura Fisher Offer New Guidebook for Students with Special Needs

In their new book "What Works for Special Education and At-Risk Learners: A Framework for General Education Teachers and Administrators" (published by Trafford Publishing) Genevra Walters and Laura Fisher offer their advice and expertise as experienced professionals working with students with special needs.

Genevra Walters, Ed.D., has over 20 years of experience in education as a school social worker, general education administrator, human resource director and superintendent.
