The book covers alcoholism, addiction, religious beliefs, second chances, forgiveness, hope, strength, faith and questions that come from it. Connor reflects on personal change, both the possible and unavoidable, and discusses the importance of being your authentic self and being comfortable with it.
Connor hopes that readers, "Take whatever they are meant to take from (his book). It isn't about forcing anyone to think one way or the other. I'd just like them to think about themselves and if they change in a positive way then that's what it was meant to do."
