Ricky and Thomas the Dragon by Leila L. Reinersman is a story of a little boy that goes on an unexpected adventure to a land called Dragon Ville. Ricky meets a dragon, Thomas, and learns a valuable lesson about the gifts that he possessed all along. This book teaches a tale about love and forgiveness. Once upon a time, in a land far from where normal people lived, a place called Dragon Ville exists. This is a magical land where only good dragons live. Each of the dragons had done a good work and had earned the right to live in it. Now, as Ricky enters this mysterious and powerful place, his life is bound to changed forever.

The main characters of this book are Ricky as he learns to share of himself with others and Thomas as he teaches Ricky about the goodness he possesses inside. The author aims that readers will learn to believe that no matter what happens, it's best to forgive and move on. It is better to love and accept things than hold on to it and create grudges.

About the Author
Leila L. Reinersman is the daughter of Leona and Harry Golloway. She is the youngest of eleven children. She was raised in the small community of Big Stone Gap, Virginia. Reinersman has two sons, Kenneth and Joseph Cowan. She wrote, edited and distributed a Christian newsletter entitled "Exaltation News". Reinersman earned her high school diploma from Hadley School for the Blind in 2007. She presently resides in Winchester, Kentucky with her husband, sons and family members.
