From private school, to the drum corps, to the Marines, to the police force, David Duchesneau has worn a uniform for most of his life.

In his new book, aptly titled "Uniforms," Duchesneau chronicles his experiences and offers readers a glimpse into the formative years of a generation and the crucibles they faced during their heyday.

Duchesneau's writing provides readers with an understanding of the true meaning of wearing the uniform - the responsibilities it entails and the effects it can have on a person's life. Through his own tale of commitment and discipline throughout life, readers will be inspired to pursue a future with the same level of dedication.

"For most of my years, I had worn uniforms - a seemingly trivial fact that has actually had profound implications on my life's journey," Duchesneau said. "It is for this reason that the simple uniform is of great importance and meaning for me, as well as countless others who have had similar experiences."

Whether uniformed or not, readers will enjoy Duchesneau's exciting journey through history as he inspires everyone to pursue their passions with a level of commitment that is beyond what they have ever experienced.
