We often hear the saying "life is like a rollercoaster," but it's true. Everyone experiences a compilation of emotional highs and lows throughout life.
Author Bernadette Bland believes there is beauty in the daily struggles of life and shares her personal insight in her new book, "Flights of Fancy."
In all her words, Bland fearlessly reveals her deepest yearning and doubts with honesty to the outside world.
"I tried to express the emotions we all experience in this world of which we are such an integral part," Bland said. "I hope to share this rhythmical creation with readers everywhere."
