About the author
John Kaufman is a painter, sculptor and writer. Originally from Michigan, he lived with his large family on their dairy farm. After working on his master's degree from Michigan State University, Kaufman moved to Tucson, Arizona, where he has lived for more than thirty years. Kaufman is working on the second book in the Mel Porter Dread series.
