Annette K. Collins is a romantic person at heart. When she sees people together, she automatically begins to imagine what their back story might be. She loves to imagine what might be happening behind the facades people present to the public at all times. She often has stories running through her head and decided to put together an entire one of these stories to share with others.
In her book titled "Thin Space," (published by Xlibris) Collins explores the "what ifs" in life as it reaches into one's heart in reference to past loves questioning whether or not one has the ability to argue fate. This story opens with a brief and teasing flash of a tragic accident. It follows when Brenna Marshman and Mitch Anderson, two ex lovers unexpectedly reunite and rekindle what they thought they had lost. Along the way, strange things start to happen.
"With this story, readers will be able to connect with the main characters as real people and relate their emotions to situations and feelings in their own lives," Collins said. "Although there are books that tell a story of lost loves reuniting and reconnecting, this one incorporates the twist of fate and choices one makes."
An emotionally-moving read, "Thin Space" explains to readers how and why things happen in life while giving people hope for the way things may be in life and beyond. It will make them think about the possibilities around them in their everyday lives. It will also make them think about the true role of fate and whether or not certain things are pre-written for them.
