"The Journey of Lyddie Fisher" is the creation of published author, Amy Case, native of a small Pennsylvania town and connoisseur of Amish culture who now resides in Tennessee with her husband, Jackie, and their Yorkshire Terrier, PJ. Amy visits the nearby Amish communities as often as she can, gaining inspiration for more stories.

Her heart breaks as Josiah, her best friend and the man she feels she will one day marry, turns his back on her in anger.
