Abdua Kkkyha was born and raised in the time of the Civil Rights movements, Vietnam War, and racial civil unrest. He witnessed the times of school segregations, the separation of public places with signs labeled "Colored not Allowed," "Blacks only," and "Whites only." He witnessed the rise and the fears of the Ku Klux Klan and the civil unrest of a nation fighting within itself, and as a boy, he remembers running for his life from the Ku Klux Klan. His writings reflect his life's journey and how love brought him through it all, and has now completed his new book "Poetry in Motion": a symposium of thoughts and feelings spanning a lifetime of love and growth.

Abdua believes that "These writings are the reflections of my love for the people in my life and the love that I have for the world around me. These expressions of my heart, love goes out beyond all that I witness and see, to let love prevail overall. To me, LOVE is the greatest power in the whole universe, and I am graceful and thankful that beyond all else, that I have seen and witness in the world, that love is the key to life's greatest treasures".

Published by New York City-based Page Publishing, Abdua Kkkyha's imaginative work lends itself to the finer things in life, with a love for people and relationships at its core.

Readers who wish to experience this heartfelt work can purchase "Poetry in Motion" at bookstores everywhere, or online at the Apple iTunes store, Amazon, Google Play or Barnes and Noble.
