The Prophet is author A.R. Wheeler's foray into the world of literary fiction. It is a riveting tale that will take the readers on a spine-tingling journey and adventure to witness the battle between the forces of good and evil. Amid this mind-blowing fray, one man's life will face great threat from the fallen angel, and a challenge from a society that seems to have lost all faith.
This book tells the story of Alex, a young man who is a modern-day prophet. He is befriended by a mysterious stranger who attempts to protect him from Azaziel, the fallen angel. Azaziel's plan is to destroy mankind by creating an army of his offspring, which does not include the prophet being alive. The Heavenly Host loses no time in sending its own agent to right the wrongs and stop the fallen. The Watchers must look on as circumstances escalate to bring on the end of days. Will the Watchers stop Heaven and Hell from falling into a full scale war, or they will remain neutral and not interfere again in human affairs?
In The Prophet, Wheeler delivers a transfixing, gorgeous and eye-opening account that promises its readers of more than just typical entertainment. Readers are expected to be hooked in its pages as they try to uncover if Alex and his family survived the carnage unleashed and if society would fare against the onslaught of the fallen angels. Indeed how will society fare when measured by a heavenly messenger who has no tolerance of doubt?
