Robert Lockwood is a reformed Washington lobbyist who represented many institutions as well as Fortune 500 companies on matters of taxation and foreign trade and defense. Earlier, he had held a number of political offices as counsel to the US Senate Judiciary Committee and to cabinet-level officials. A graduate of Columbia and l'Université de Paris, he has worked and lived in France, Switzerland, and Belgium.
