In Norman William Girard's new book, A Look Beyond the Veil ($14.99, paperback, 9781498497664; $7.99, eBook, 9781498497671) readers will see that in Hosea 4:6 it says that God's people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. The purpose of this book is to reveal truth, and to impart spiritual knowledge to believers, that they might receive an understanding of the things of God, and in so doing enter into His Life. Girard's hope is that readers will receive a deep understanding of the person of God, along with His plan and purpose toward His created, and also come into a knowledge of the salvation that can only be found through Jesus Christ.

Girard says, "It is only through a knowledge of the truth that we can be set free(John 8:32); so to present a work that is filled with knowledge, that concisely expounds divine revelation and spiritual truth, with clear instruction for salvation, can be only seen as invaluable in the age of darkness that we live. Having studying God's Word for 40 years, I received a deep understanding of His hidden truths, and attempt to reveal these mysteries chronologically; from His creative work in Genesis, to the book of Revelation, and all things in between."

William Girard was given an opportunity to attend college, and to be taught through a ministerial program; but he instead chose to quit his job, sell his belongings, and move to the north, in the wilderness, where he sat at the feet of Jesus Christ, and was taught by His Spirit. Much like John the Baptist, who was in the desert until the day of his showing to Israel (Luke 1:80), and the apostle Paul, who after his conversion, conferred not with flesh and blood, but went into Arabia for 3 years(Galatians 1:16,17); so too has Girard been separated unto God these last 40 years.
