It’s summer in the Berkshires, when actors and aficionados descend upon the Williamstown Theatre Festival for a rejuvenation of the creative mind. For grand dame of the stage Anna Patterson and her clan of artists, it’s a family tradition where everybody plays their part. But with memories of loves and losses lingering in the air, the weekend quickly goes off script, and the unexpected drama proves that life can be much more intriguing off-stage than on in the Regional Premiere of Donald Margulies’ latest witty, compelling, not-to-be-missed work.
