When waitress Anna Schmidt delivers a food order past ten o’clock at the old Rotisserie Restaurant on Main Street, State inspectors step in to make an arrest. In the midst of World War I, Buffalo restaurateur Joseph Radice takes his case disputing restrictions on employment for women all the way to the US Supreme Court. Based on a true story that unfolds at the beginning of a century long, and as yet unsettled, debate over the treatment of women.
Ages: Suitable for adults and teens.
