Tickets for Disney's ALADDIN On Sale at Shea's Buffalo Theatre on June 15

Disney Theatrical Productions and Shea's Performing Arts Center announced today that tickets for the long-awaited engagement of Disney'sAladdin will go on sale to the public on Friday, June 15 at 10 a.m. The hit Broadway musical will begin performances at Shea's Buffalo Theatre on Wednesday, Aug. 8 for a limited engagement of 12 days through Sunday, Aug. 19. Opening night is Friday, Aug. 10 at 8 p.m., with preview performances of the same production taking place Aug. 8 and 9.

In Buffalo, Aladdin will play Tuesdays through Thursdays at 7:30 p.m.; Fridays at 8 p.m.; Saturdays at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m.; and Sundays at 1 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.Additionally, there will be a 1 p.m. matinee on Thursday, Aug. 9. VIP Ticket Packages, which include a prime seat location, a commemorative souvenir program and an exclusive merchandise item, are also available.

Ticket buyers are reminded that Ticketmaster.com and the Shea's Box Office are the only official retail ticket outlets for all performances at Shea's Buffalo Theatre. Ticket buyers who purchase tickets from a ticket broker or any third party should be aware that Shea's PAC is unable to reprint or replace lost or stolen tickets and is unable to contact patrons with information regarding time changes or other pertinent updates regarding the performance.

Aladdin opened on Broadway at the New Amsterdam Theatre to critical acclaim on March 20, 2014 and quickly established itself as one of the biggest new blockbusters in recent years, breaking 12 New Amsterdam Theatre house records and welcoming over seven million people worldwide. Aladdin is designed by seven-time Tony-winning scenic designer Bob Crowley, six-time Tony-winning lighting designer Natasha Katz, two-time Tony-winning costume designer Gregg Barnes and sound designer Ken Travis.

The production team also includes illusion designer Jim Steinmeyer, hair designer Josh Marquette and makeup designer Milagros Medina-Cerdeira. The music team is headed by music supervisor and music director Michael Kosarin, who also created the vocal and incidental music arrangements, joined by orchestrator Danny Troob and dance music arranger Glen Kelly.
