THE BIKINIS are coming to Downstairs Cabaret Theatre!

Back together after 20 years, that girl group from the '60s everyone loves is bringing back the sun, fun, and all the great songs they sang down on the boardwalk at the Jersey Shore... all to raise money for the good folks at Sandy Shores Mobile Home Beach Resort.

You'll be dancing in the aisles as THE BIKINIS (or "The Jersey Girls") relive their heyday and beyond, with this nonstop celebration of song: "It's in His Kiss", "Yellow Polka Dot Bikini", "Heat Wave", "These Boots Are Made for Walkin'", "Ain't No Mountain High Enough", "Look What They've Done to My Song, Ma", "When Will I Be Loved?", "I Will Survive", "It's Raining Men", and many more!

THE BIKINIS, created by Ray Roderick and James Hindman, has enjoyed sold-out engagements at Goodspeed Opera House, Long Wharf Theatre, and elsewhere.

Downstairs Cabaret Theatre's production is directed by co-creator James Hindman, with musical direction by Daniel Halbstein and choreography (based on original choreography by Ray Roderick) by Katy Blake. The cast features New York actors Alyssa H. Chase, Mariah Ciangiola, and Elise Holman, as well as Rochester's own Catherine LaValle. A band of four accompanies the cast.

Performances begin tonight, April 10 at 8:00pm at Downstairs Cabaret at Winton Place, 3450 Winton Place, Brighton-Henrietta (convenient free parking and handicapped accessible). General admission tickets are $25.00 for the first two weeks of performances (April 10-18). After April 18, tickets range from $30.00-36.00, depending on performance time and seating section. Performance dates and times may be found at www.DownstairsCabaret.com, and advance reservations may be made by calling (585) 325-4370.
