Red Thread Theatre is delighted to announce that Aoise Stratford, author of THE UNFORTUNATES, will join us on Wednesday, November 9 for our performance, followed by a post-show discussion. November 9 is also the anniversary of the murder of Mary Jane Kelly.
"It is an intimate ghost story about survival, celebrity, violence, and friendship" says the multi award-winning playwright whose work has been produced world-wide.
Directed by Josephine Hogan, THE UNFORTUNATES features Kelly Meg Brennan as Mary Jane Kelly.
Performances continue on November 3, 4, 5, 9, 10, 11, 12 at 8:00 p.m. All performances take place at the Jim Bush Studios, an urban space that operates as a unique site-specific venue for exciting theatre, located at 44 17th Street, Buffalo.
Street parking is available on 17th and Richmond Avenue.
