Shakespeare’s popular comedy, Twelfth Night, will play at Brooklyn’s newest theatre, The RAT NYC, this Saturday, August 3 at 2 p.m. The 90-minute “Bare Bard” version of the play features a small cast of actors playing multiple roles, live music and immersive audience interaction. Produced by Larissa McLetchie and Daniel James Roth, Twelfth Night’s cast includes Larissa McLetchie (Viola), Daniel Skinner (Orsino/Maria), Lela Smith (Olivia), Aaron Garabedian (Feste/Sea Captain), Kristina Swearingen (Sir Toby/Antonio), Olivia Richardson(Malvolio/Officer/Valentine) and Daniel James Roth (Sebastian/Sir Andrew). This abridged production of Twelfth Night merges modern elements with Shakespearean verse to engage new audiences and experienced Shakespeare fans alike.
