BAM welcomes 13-time Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter Emmylou Harris for one night only. Coinciding with Nonesuch’s reissue of her groundbreaking 1995 album, Wrecking Ball, Harris performs with producer Daniel Lanois, guitarist Jim Wilson, and drummer Steven Nistor, to vibrantly resurrect this body of work that was called “the most daring, inventive album of Harris’s career” (Uncut).
This engagement celebrates Nonesuch’s broad musical mission and serves as a precursor to BAM’s celebration of the renowned record label’s 50th anniversary this fall. BAM has long fostered an artistic connection with Nonesuch for its dedication to cultivating outstanding talent in a wide variety of genres, including classical, contemporary, jazz, Americana, world music, pop, alternative, musical theater, and dance.
