Company XIV Opens Their World Premiere Of CINDERELLA At Theatre XIV  ImageCompany XIV, which recently presented their acclaimed production of Nutcracker Rouge, will open their newest production, Cinderella at their new space, Theater XIV (383 Troutman Street, Bushwick, Brooklyn) on Monday, March 12. Previews will begin on March 8.

Directed and choreographed by Austin Mccormick, Cinderella is described as a spectacular theatrical event based on the fairy tale by Charles Perrault (1697). It features XIV's unique blend of circus, burlesque, vaudeville, baroque dance and sumptuous design. This world-premiere engagement will run for a limited engagement of 13 weeks

The cast for Cinderella includes Allison Ulrich (Cinderella), Lilin Lace (Stepmother), Nicholas and Ross Katen (Stepsisters), Nolan McKew (Prince Charming) along with Ryan Redmond, Jacoby Pruitt, Nathaniel Hunt, Cara Seymour, Lexxe and Michelle Lee.

Creatives include costume and set design by Zane Pihlstrom; lighting design by Jeanette Yew and makeup design by Sarah Cimino.

Austin Mccormick created Company XIV in 2006 wowing critics and audiences alike with a unique blend of circus, dance, ballet, opera, live music and lavish design. Recent credits include choreography for the Metropolitan Opera, Chicago Lyric Opera, Canadian Opera Company, The Juilliard School, Guggenheim Works in Progress, Gotham Chamber Opera and the Kennedy Center. Upcoming projects include choreography for Houston Grand Opera and Opera Columbus

Performances of Cinderella are Thursdays and Fridays at 8 pm, Saturdays at 5 pm and 9 pm and Sunday at 5 pm. Tickets are priced at $65 up to $300 for VIP couches. For information and bookings go to www.companyxiv.com
