It began with where the heart is (2010) and continued with R&J (2011) and now, in partnership with QPAC, Expressions Dance Company will produce its most epic work to date - When Time Stops.

When time stops is an incredibly beautiful production that speaks of life-changing moments that are highly personal, yet sometimes boldly dramatic:

The moment in life where an action or decision changes your direction entirely.
The moment when something happens beyond your control and tears your world apart.
The moment where your raison d'etre suddenly makes sense.

How we deal with these moments determine who we are; who we become and what we hold dear.

This is a visually striking, stark, contemporary and bold production, exploring the moments of impact that change your life forever.

Capitalising on Natalie Weir's incredible capacity to collaborate with composers and live musicians, this sophisticated new dance theatre work features a brand new score by Helpmann Award winner, Iain Grandage, played live on stage by 12 of Queensland's chamber orchestra, Camerata of St John's.
