A skilled puppet manipulation combined with the Black Theatre technique, which uses black light, dark scenarios and strategic lighting to obtain sets of colors and shadows, rescues the tale about the brave boy who wants to capture a wolf in the Woods to save his friends animals, written by the Russian composer Sergei Prokofiev in 1936. The adaptation of the Cia. Imago won the APCA Awards, in the category best spectacle of animated forms, and Coca-Cola Femsa of better lighting. The scenario presents the main instruments and sounds of a Symphony Orchestra. Jamil Maluf conductor tells off the entrance of each instrument, showing the personality of each character: the bird is represented by Piccolo; the cat, the clarinet; the paw, oboe; the Wolf, by the horns; the hunters, by timpani; the grandfather by the bassoon, and Pedro, by the strings.
