Twenty years after the release of his first CD, “Found Treasures,” Brian finally went back into the studio to record some favorite songs he had collected over the years. Just before the release concert of “I Know More Now” in March of 2020, the pandemic shut down everything. After two and a half years, the wait is finally over.
John Hoglund of Cabaret Scenes Magazine wrote of “I Know More Now,” “[De Lorenzo] gives thrilling interpretations of old and new gems that speak from the soul. The rich tones of [his] lilting voice pull the listener in and enhance every cut on a gilded album which presents still more found treasures by a singer who deserves to be better known.”
