Barrington Stage Company (BSC), the award-winning theatre in downtown Pittsfield, MA, under the leadership of Julianne Boyd Artistic Director and Tristan Wilson Managing Director, is proud to announce the June performances for BSC's second season at Mr. Finn's Cabaret, located on the lower level of the Sydelle and Lee Blatt Performing Arts Center, 36 Linden Street, Pittsfield.
Mr. Finn's Cabaret, named after the Tony Award-winning composer/lyricist of Falsettos and The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee and Artistic Producer of BSC's
Musical Theatre Lab, kicks off June 1-2 with the award-winning songwriting team of
Chris Miller and
Nathan Tysen performing songs from their shows in "We Made That". Following Miller and Tysen are Tony-winning actress and vocalist
Tonya Pinkins on June 8-9, an evening of songs by the cast of On the Town (June 29), and
Paul Green and the Jewish Jazz Project (June 30-July 1).

June 1 - 2. WE MADE THAT: THE SONGS OF MILLER & TYSEN. The songwriting team who wrote The Burnt Part Boys and The Mysteries of Harris Burdick for the
Musical Theatre Lab perform tunes from those shows and from their new musical Tuck Everlasting. June 1 at 9:30pm and June 2 at 8pm. Tickets are $25, general admission.
Miller and Tysen will be joined by
Jay Armstrong Johnson and
Alysha Umphress from BSC's On the Town and
Ben Roseberry and Barrett Wilbert Weed. Johnson was previously seen at BSC in Pool Boy (2010), Roseberry in The Mysteries of Harris Burdick(2008) and Umphress in Funked Up Fairy Tales (2007).

Nathan Tysen's songs have been performed everywhere from East Village rock clubs, to Off-Broadway theaters, to Sesame Street. Chris and Nathan have won numerous awards and grants including the

Daryl Roth, Kitty
Carlisle Hart, ASCAP, and the NEA. They began their collaboration together at NYU where they received their MFA's in musical theatre writing.
June 8 - 9. Tonya Pinkins IN THE LIFE AND TIMES OF Ethel Waters. Tony Award winning actress and vocalist
Tonya Pinkins will perform a tribute to
Ethel Waters, under the musical direction of
Barry Levitt. June 8 at 9:00pm and June 9 at 8pm. Tickets are $35, general admission.

June 29. UP CLOSE WITH THE CAST OF "ON THE TOWN". An informal evening of songs performed by the cast of On the Town. Get to know them in a different light as they sing their favorite cabaret songs. June 29 at 10:30pm. Tickets are $15, general admission.
June 30 - July 1. Paul Green AND THE JEWISH JAZZ PROJECT: Traditional Klezmer Favorites and Jewish Jazz Fusion.The spirit of Klezmer and Jewish Jazz Fusion music come alive with sharpness and immense vitality with
