The Franklin Performing Arts Company (FPAC) will present a Beatles Sing-A-Long on Sunday, January 22nd at 1:00 p.m. led by bassist/arranger and Berklee professor Mark Poniatowski. Come learn more about this legendary band and enjoy their songs played by professional musicians. Bring your family and enjoy music performed by great musicians in an educational and entertaining format. Audience participation is encouraged!
The Franklin Performing Arts Company has offered its Family Concert Series free to the public for the past 20 years. With the support of the Franklin Cultural Council, Berry Insurance and FPAC, the Family Concert Series has introduced local families to the sounds of classical, rock, pop, opera, folk, jazz and blues music played by professional musicians in an entertaining, engaging and educational format. On three Sundays throughout the winter, the public is invited to 38 Main Street to share in a free afternoon of quality music. FPAC aspires to reach all ages in its choice of musical genres and the approach the artists take in their interactive performances. 2012 will also offer a folk/rock/pop afternoon hosted by Jamie Barrett on February 5th at 1 p.m. and The Three Little Pigs- An Opera for Children on Sunday, March 18th at 1 pm.
