Classical piano and classical jazz is presented in one concert as Fred Moyer, piano and the Jazz Arts Trio - Peter Fraenkel (drums), Fred Moyer (piano), Peter Tillotson (bass) return to TCAN for a night that promises the best of both genres. If you have heard Fred in the past, you know that there will also be some surprises as well as a most entertaining and informative evening of music.
The classical half of the performance will include music of Bach, Beethoven, and the Mendelssohn Fantasy in F sharp Minor. The jazz trio will perform music of Ahmad Jamal, Red Garland, and Oscar Peterson. If you have never heard Fred or the Jazz Arts Trio, run, don't walk to the box office for your tickets!
