Basic Training: Strengthening Your Administrative Core is a series of six workshops covering topics that are key to successfully mounting Theater Productions, either as one-time events or as part of the establishment and running of a company. The series is designed for theater professionals who are running small or fringe organizations, who want to start up their own theater company, or who simply want to self-produce and present work without starting a company.
