It's official! Ryan Landry's "5 to 9" is a bonafide hit! Between sold out crowds, standing ovations, and battling the 'trump trolls' the Boston debut of '5 to 9' (September 21-24) was an unforgettable weekend. Due to overwhelming demand, Landry and his Gold Dust Orphans will bring the tale of Trump's secretaries - and how they get even - back for a reprisal run at the Ramrod Center for the Performing Arts at Machine (1254 Boylston Street) for two nights ONLY, Saturday November 4th at 8PM and Sunday, November 5th at 5PM. After a sold out run in Provincetown and a sold out run in Boston, interested parties should act soon to make sure they get tickets!
Written by award-winning playwright and Orphans' impresario Ryan Landry, 5 to 9 is the story of what happens when three of Trump's overworked secretaries take matters into their own hands. Along with LANDRY (Violet), 5 to 9 stars drag legend and local nuisance Varla Jean Merman (Dora Lee), and Elliot Norton award winning actress KIKI SAMKO (Judy). 5 to 9 also features Boston theatre treasure Larry Coen as a lascivious Trump and drag superstar PENNY CHAMPAYNE as a sycophantic Kellyanne Conway. You will simply never see political satire the same way again! 5 to 9 is ridiculous, nonstop fun but is NOT recommended for children. No one under age 18 will be admitted.
If you want to experience this uproarious comic take off on the current oval office and its endless hilarious and horrifying hijinks again, then get your tickets today, at http://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/3097507.
