Nearly 40 musicians, singers and dancers from all walks of life will take to The Colonial Theatre stage in downtown Pittsfield to raise money for the theatre itself. Romance Soul & Rock N' Roll, under the direction of local talent Ted Concepcion and partner Donna Vidoli, will sing and dance in a show entitled Music Sweet Music.Accompanying the singers and dancers on stage will be a local band headed by David Picard.

This is the third year that the group is performing to benefit the Colonial, which, according to Concepcion, "Is a gem of a theater and an extremely important part of the success of Pittsfield and Berkshire County as a place for people to visit as well as a destination for the local population to enjoy quality live local and visiting entertainers.” From an entertainers' point of view, Conception says, "from day one it sent a chill down my spine when taking the Colonial stage and thinking about those names who performed there in the past with names like Barrymore and Chaplin and to think that they once stood where we stand today.”

According to Berkshire Theatre Group Artistic Director Kate Maguire, "We are so grateful to Donna Vidoli and Ted Concepcion for donating the proceeds of their show to Berkshire Theatre Group for the third year in a row. This is a major contribution for us. Donna and Ted certainly understand the spirit of giving, and everyone who is involved with one of their productions, whether on the stage or in the crowd, can attest to that. Everyone has a blast!”
