The year is 1934 and Saunders, the harried General Manager of the Cleveland Grand Opera Company, is determined to put Cleveland on the cultural map with his production of Otello starring the world famous tenor known as Il Stupendo. Of course, nothing goes as planned and full-on hijinks ensue as the farce spins out of control. With two men running around in the same costume, two scantily clad women in lingerie fawning over them, and a tangled web of lies and mistaken identity, this is surely one of the funniest shows you'll ever see.

Lend Me a Tenor is written by Ken Ludwig. The production features Catherine Lee Christie, Karen Fanale, Sarah Jones, Theresa Masse, Christopher Nourse, Stephen Russo, Stephen Peters, and Sam Szabo. The show is directed by local favorite Will Luera, whose credits include Artistic Director of ImprovBoston, Artistic Director of the Lowell Comedy Festival, former Mainstage Director at ImprovAsylum, and Artistic Associate of the Chicago Improv Festival.

Tickets can be purchased online right now. Else, call 1.800.595-4TIX or visit the box office 45 minutes before curtain. Tickets are $16-25, with a $3 senior/student discount.
