Lena Hall to Kick Off Provincetown Theater's Summer Series Next Month

Provincetown's most intimate venue welcomes the biggest names from Broadway and concert stages as rj productions in association with The Provincetown Theater proudly hosts a summer season stacked with many Tony Award Winners and Nominees. Kicking off the summer series is 2014 Tony Award Winner, Lena Hall, direct from "Hedwig & The Angry Inch" and her concert debut at NYC's Café Carlyle, on July 6-7, 2015.

Just off her Tony Award-winning role in Hedwig and the Angry Inch, Grammy Award-nominee Lena Hall brings her concert Sin & Salvation to The Provincetown Theater for two nights of soulful rock, pop, and blues!

Tony Winner and Grammy nominee Lena Hall just completed her critically acclaimed run starring as Yitzhak in the hit Broadway revival of Hedwig and the Angry Inch for which she won the 2014 Tony Award for Featured Actress in a Musical. Prior to Hedwig, she starred as Nicola in the Tony Award winning musical Kinky Boots.

Previous Broadway and Off Broadway roles include starring in the award winning Toxic Avenger at New World Stages, Tarzan (Original Cast), Dracula (Original Cast), 42nd St ( Anytime Annie), Cats ( Demeter), Beg Bugs ( NYMF) and Green Eyes ( Fringe). TV and Film roles include "Young Miranda" in the Sex and the City film, The Stepford Wives, The Graduates, All My Children and Legally Blonde, the Search for the Next Elle Woods.

Born and raised in San Francisco, Ca; Lena Hall traveled the world performing and received her first big break singing for Pope John Paul II at Candlestick Stadium for over 50,000 people at the young age of 7. Hall was a member of the Young People's Teen Musical Theatre Company in San Francisco and at the age of 17, joined the national tour of 'Cats'. When not on the Broadway stage, Lena performs with her band The Deafening.
