Hurricane Irene Forces Cancellation of Travis Tritt Concert at Indian Ranch

Due to the expected landfall of Hurricane Irene in New England this weekend, the Travis Tritt concert scheduled at Indian Ranch this Sunday, August 28 has been cancelled.

"Our first priority is to present the concert in an environment that ensures the safety of the fans. Given the forecast and knowing that our fans travel to Indian Ranch from all over New England, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the Travis Tritt show," said Suzette Raun, president of Indian Ranch. "We are working now with Travis and his team to get him on the 2012 schedule."

Refunds for the August 28 concert are available at point of purchase.

This Saturday's Indian Ranch Summer Brewfest will take place as scheduled from 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm The inclement weather is not expected to hit Central Massachusetts until Saturday evening.

Indian Ranch offers music lovers a chance to see some of the greatest country performers as well as classic and roots rock acts and more perform along the shores of Lake Chargoggagoggmanchauggagoggchaubunagungamaugg. Nestled between pine trees, the amphitheater offers the ability to see a favorite performer from anywhere in the audience. Indian Ranch is located at 200 Gore Road in Webster, MA and is less than an hour's drive from Boston, Providence and Springfield
