The Franklin School for the Performing Arts (FSPA) will hold one-week summer camps in Music, Dance and Drama throughout the summer. The Camps will be held in July and August at FSPA, 38 Main Street.

The Jazz Styles Dance Camp introduces intermediate and advanced dancers to a new jazz style each day, including contemporary, hip hop and Broadway. The camp format includes easing in with a warm-up, working on dance technique and learning a dance combination. The instructors for Jazz Styles Dance Camp will be Jenny Oliver and Frantz Louizia.

Jenny Oliver joined the FSPA Dance Faculty in 2008. A graduate of Dean College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in dance, Jenny is a member of the Boston Tap Company and Roots Uprising. Her dance credits include Inside/Out Series, Tapestry, Rhythm in the Night, In Conversation and Franklin Performing Arts Company's ‘Tis the Season!

Frantz Louizia attended the Boston School for the Performing Arts and graduated from Dean College with a performing arts degree. His dance company, Arc-en-Ciel, tours throughout New England. Frantz joined the FSPA Dance Faculty in 2010.

FSPA's Voice Camp helps students with some singing experience take the next step in their musicality. Geared toward grades 3-8 (boys' voices unchanged), Voice Camp focuses on the choral experience, with students singing classical, musical theater, jazz and pop numbers. The week culminates in a recital of solo and ensemble pieces. Voice Camp will be taught by FSPA Vocal Director Hallie Wetzell.

A member of the FSPA Faculty since 1998, Wetzell was named Vocal Director in 1999. She oversees the Vocal Department, as well as teaching voice classes, instructing private students and serving as music director for all ensembles. She has performed in productions of varying genres including musical theater, cabaret, and opera. Hallie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theater from Occidental College, and Master of Music degrees in Vocal Performance and Vocal Pedagogy from New England Conservatory of Music.

Other FSPA Camp offerings include Little Music Camps, Camp GLEE, Acting Camp, Broadway Camp, Rock Camp, Jazz Instrumental Camp, Triple Threat Camp, Creative Kids Camp, Dance Camp and Musical Theater Audition Intensive.
