Cathy Rigby took her final flight as PETER PAN to Neverland on Sunday, April 28th in the city where it all began - Boston.

The Tony-nominated, Cathy Rigby made the role of PETER PAN her own when she debuted as the boy who wouldn't grow up on December 15, 1989. She toured the country on and off from 1989 until the present, and has taken flight over 3,000 times in various National Tours, international productions and in special encore appearances in Branson, Missouri.

Cathy Rigby's name will always be synonymous with PETER PAN as she has charmed and enchanted audiences in the stage musical and with the Emmy Award winning A&E production of PETER PAN.

The timeless magical moments of PETER PAN have been major part of Cathy Rigby's personal and professional life and remains one of her favorite roles. She has said, "One of the greatest gifts of my theatrical career has been the opportunity to play 'Peter Pan' ... The thrill of seeing the faces of the children as I fly over their heads, sprinkling fairy dust, and having the chance to the relive the adventure of a perfect make-believe childhood."

PETER PAN is produced by McCoy Rigby Entertainment, Nederlander Presentations, and Albert Nocciolino in association with Larry Earl Payton, Michael Filerman, Heni Koenigsberg and LaMirada Theatre for the Performing Arts. Direction is by Glenn Casale, who directed the 1999 Tony Award nominated and Emmy Award winning PETER PAN starring Cathy Rigby. The flying sequence choreographer, Paul Rubin, "The Fly Guy", has choreographed some of the most memorable flying sequences for Cathy Rigby and has taken flight with Cathy in all productions. The creative team includes Patti Colombo (choreographer), Bruce Barnes (Musical Director), Julia Flores (Casting Director), Emmy Award winner for art direction of the A&E broadcast of PETER PAN, John Iacovelli (Scenic Designer), Emmy Award nominated for costume design of the A&E broadcast of PETER PAN, Shigeru Yaji (Costume Designer), Michael Gilliam (Lighting Designer), Julie Ferrin (Sound Designer), Mitchell Hale (Wig and Hairstyle Designer) and Sean Boyd (Fight Director).
