Cape Rep Theatre Hosts Mary Higgins Clark & Thomas H. Cook, 8/22

Mary Higgins Clark, regarded as the "queen of suspense" and Thomas H. Cook, known for his "piercing thrillers", will appear at Cape Rep Theatre on August 22, from 3:30 to 5 pm. Both nationally-acclaimed authors will share the stage with moderator Julie Allen Hamilton to chat with audience members about their novels. Tickets are $15 and will be available at the door, or by box office reservation (508-896-1888). All proceeds will benefit the theatre. Bloody Mary cocktails, wine, and light refreshments will be served. Books will be available for signing.

Mary Higgins Clark is a prolific novelist, with over 33 titles to her name. Clark is a New York Times Best-Selling author, and has been affectionately referred to as the "grande dame of American thriller writing" and "grandmaster of mystery writing".

Thomas H. Cook has been called "one of the most lyrical and suspenseful of crime-fiction writers". Critics praise his "powerful, layered novels", noting that his writing "writhes with tension".

"Bloody Sunday" will also be hosted by The Brewster Bookstore, Brewster, MA. Cape Rep Theatre is located on the north side of Highway 6A, in Brewster, MA.
