Bianca Del Rio Returns to Provincetown's Town Hall Series Image

Mark Cortale's famed Town Hall series in Provincetown will continue with RuPaul's Drag Race Season 6 winner Bianca Del Rio in her brand new show "Blame It On Bianca Del Rio" for one night only on July 9 at 8:30pm. The Town Hall 2018 series began with the sold-out Indigo Girls concert over Memorial Day and will be raising funds this year for Sandy Hook Promise. For Tickets and information, visit www.ptownarthouse.com or call 800-838-3006.

Bianca Del Rio, the alter ego of seasoned comic Roy Haylock and season 6 winner of RuPaul's Drag Race, is a self-professed "clown in a gown." This hilariously hateful comic is known for her foul mouth and unapologetic humor, but her victims hardly have time to feel the sting before she zips on to the next topic. Besides, Bianca is quick to point out that she's the biggest joke of all. The NY Times calls her "The Joan Rivers of the Drag World," and Joan Rivers herself called Bianca's humor "So funny! So sharp!" Bianca's first stand-up special, Rolodex of Hate, is now available on Vimeo On Demand, as well as her first feature film "Hurricane Bianca".

Summer 2018's "Broadway @ Town Hall" series will feature: Jeremy Jordan, Tony Award nominee for "Newsies" on Broadway and star of The CW's "Supergirl" making his Town Hall debut on August 13 at 8:30 PM, with Seth Rudetsky as pianist and host; and RuPaul's Drag Race season 8 winner Bob The Drag Queen returns by popular demand on September 2 at 8:30 PM. The Town Hall summer season will climax with he anticipated P-Town debut of a new show by Kathy Najimy called "Lift Up Your Skirt." Najimy, the star of "Hocus Pocus," the "Sister Act" films and voice of Peggy Hill on "King of the Hill," will perform on September 9 at 8:30 PM.

..And beginning this fall, in addition to its many outposts in venues across the U.S. and on London's West End, the series comes full circle with the launch of the "Broadway @ Town Hall" series in New York City - kicking-off with two-time Tony Award winner Kelli O'Hara - smack dab in the middle of Broadway itself.

The 2018 Art House and Town Hall season produced by Mark Cortale is sponsored by Cape Air, Anchor Inn Beach House, Ptown Bikes, and Provincetown Gym.
