Berkshire Theatre Group welcomes undie-rock, comedy-pop duo, The Skivvies, to The Colonial Theatre as part of BTG's On The Stage Series, on Saturday, May 28 at 8pm and 10:30pm, and Sunday, May 29 at 7pm. A post-show reception will be held on Sunday, May 29 at Hotel on North. The Skivvies will be performing up close and personal, with artists and audience together on the historic Colonial stage. This event is sponsored by Only in My Dreams Events and Hotel on North.

Tickets to The Skivvies are $40. Tickets to Sunday's performance are also $40; performance plus post-show reception at Hotel on North are $65. Contact the Colonial Ticket Office at 111 South Street, Pittsfield by calling 413-997-4444. Tickets can also be bought online at www.berkshiretheatregroup.org. The Ticket Office is open Monday-Friday 10am-5pm, Saturdays 10am-2pm or on any performance day from 10am until curtain.

Praised by the Wall Street Journal as "smart, sophisticated...ingenious," The Skivvies are Lauren Molina (cello and vocals) and Nick Cearley (ukulele and vocals), award-winning singer/actor/musicians out of New York City, performing stripped down arrangements of eclectic covers and eccentric originals. Not only is the music stripped down, but The Skivvies literally strip down to their underwear to perform.

Lauren Molina (Broadway: Sweeney Todd, Rock of Ages) and Nick Cearley (Broadway: All Shook Up), became YouTube sensations with their Skivvies covers of artists like Robyn, Carole King and Rihanna. The videos led to live shows, and now this musically-thrilling, comedy-pop duo continues to perform to audiences in New York and beyond.

Join The Skivvies and special guests, as make their On The Stage Series debut, performing pop and Broadway mash-ups and unconventional originals, up-close and personal on the historic Colonial stage.
