All plays, schedules, casting and prices are subject to change.

"It's an extremely gripping and suspenseful story, very human and gritty," says Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize-winning director, David Auburn. "The sexual politics are surprisingly modern, radical even. Anna is a former prostitute who's trying to leave her past behind, but when she's rejected for that past she defends herself in some very surprising ways. The play still has the capacity to shock - to make the audience gasp. That's pretty remarkable 90 years on."

Eugene O'Neill's masterpiece tells the story of Anna Christie, a young woman abandoned by her father and forced into a life of hardship. When the two are finally reunited, Anna must learn to forgive her father's past transgressions. However, after Anna falls in love with a sailor, certain secrets come to light, and the love of father and daughter is truly tested. Anna Christie is a beautiful and poignant tale of love and forgiveness.

"It's the fundamental triangle of the daughter, the father, and the lover," says Kate Maguire, CEO and Artistic Director of Berkshire Theatre Group. "This is a father and a daughter who are connected in a way that Eugene O'Neil is able to present through intense storytelling."

The cast includes: Rebecca Brooksher as Anna Christopherson, Alison Fraser as Marthy Owen, Jonathan Hogan as Chris Christopherson, Derek Wilson as Mat Burke, and Walton Wilson as Larry.
