The American Repertory Theatre (A.R.T.) is proud to be hosting the extraordinary British theater company Punchdrunk in its U.S. premiere, and is putting out a Greater Boston-wide appeal for thousands of items to be part of their upcoming production of Sleep No More.

Co-created by the A.R.T. and Punchdrunk, Sleep No More is an immersive multimedia theater installation inspired by Shakespeare's Macbeth and Hitchcock's thrillers. The old Lincoln School in Brookline Village is being transformed into an extraordinary world that will give audiences the experience of living in a Hitchcock film. In order to accomplish this task, The A.R.T. Properties Department is requesting thousands of items to help Punchdrunk transform the mysterious performance spaces throughout the school. Items they are looking for include old sideboards, canning jars, oriental rugs, taxidermy, bones, mirrors, clocks, old bottles, religious items/bibles, old photos, pictures, and much more. Anyone planning to clear out their attic or basement is requested to contact the A.R.T. Tax deduction letters will be given for the value of all donated items.

For more information or to schedule a drop off of these items, please contact Olivia Benowitz, Props Volunteer Coordinator, at olivia.benowitz@gmail.com.
