Auditions for the Weston Friendly Society's production of Rodgers and Hammerstein's CAROUSEL Held 12/8-12/9

Auditions for the Weston Friendly Society's production of Rodgers and Hammerstein's "Carousel" are fast approaching!

Auditions will take place on Tuesday, December 8th at 7:00 PM at St. Julia Church located at 374 Boston Post Road, Weston, MA and Wednesday, December 9th at 7:00 PM at the Weston Town Hall located on Townhouse Road, Weston, MA.

Callbacks will be held on Thursday, December 10th at 7:00 PM at the Town Hall.

This production is being directed by Robert Grady and music directed by Chris Roppola. Rehearsals will be on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday evenings from 7-10 PM.

Performances will be as follows:

Saturday, April 10th at 8:00 PM

Sunday, April 11th at 2:00 PM

Friday, April 16th at 8:00 PM

Saturday, April 17th at 2:00 & 8:00 PM

Auditions are open to those 13 years of age and older. Auditioners should come prepared to sing 32 bars of a ballad in the style of the show (please bring sheet music); it is acceptable to sing from the show, although not required. Cold readings will be done from the script. A short dance routine will be taught at the time of auditions, so please wear suitable clothing and shoes.
